asked cleaning woman to do our room next since we wanted to sleep, she said yes but never came. After one hour she said it was not her room. Room was never refreshed. Also cartridge on printer was out of ink but they had no refill.

First impression is everything. My husband and I arrived in a rental car, we pulled up to the front entrance, the bellhop did not come to the car and asked if we needed assistance, I got out the car and my husband took out the suitcases and the staff
