“Room was comfy, nicely furnished. Tea and coffee and biscuits were top quality. Bathroom clean, everything clean really. But having paid a relatively premium price for bed and breakfast, only to find a limited smaller choice included (with every extra costing more) we found it disappointing. “There is an air of faded glamour about the Orton Hall Hotel, the facilities were clean and the staff lovely. Breakfast very good”

“Really appreciated being able to check in late having had to travel to Peterborough because of NATs issue. The gentleman on reception also leant us a charger”

“Lovely room, tasty breakfast, friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings. Recommended.”

Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Please avoid Hotels, com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This...
