Perfect location and nice rooms

The hotel is located at a great spot but hotel staff can do a better job at providing directions. The hotel elevator entrance is very difficult to find hotel is located inside a shopping mall with multiple entrances. The hotel is located on the 7th and 8th floor but the elevator won't go up to the 8th floor. So good luck dragging your bags to the 8th floor if your room is on the 8th floor. The room was clean and very spacious. Don't expect much from morning breakfast.

Rommet var greit, men ok plass til 2 voksne og 1 ungdom. Rent og pent. Minus for at det ikke var kaffefasiliteter på rommet.

Bra men lite krångligt

Fantastisk service av personal som svarade i telefon vid sen incheckning och hjälpte oss in. Däremot lite väl krånglig procedur med incheckning. Behöver ringa, få kod, hitta nycklar i skåp. Detta kan göras mkt enklare

Limpio y cómodo

Es un hotel que está alejado del centro de Dinamarca (lo cual fue un error nuestro), no obstante estaba dentro de un centro comercial lo que nos permitió comprar comida y algunas cosas que nos faltaban. El lugar es limpio y cómodo, los empleados son sumamente amables y receptivos. Creo que nos faltó más información de cómo registraronos en caso de que hubiéramos llegado más tarde pues justo cuando arribamos la recepcionista ya se iba y no habíamos recibido ningún correo que nos explicara cómo era el autorregistro.

Et hotel som har haft sine bedste dage.

Et hotel ovenpå et næsten tomt indkøbscenter. Tilbage da det blev bygget var det sikkert et fint hotel og center, men i dag er det meget slidt og umoderne. Bare for at nævne nogle af de ting som faldt i øjnene, internettet fungerede ikke, et vindue kunne hverken åbnes eller lukkes, der er ingen aircondition/udluftning på værelserne, tæppet er slidt, fjernsyn er af ældre årgang. Hotellet ligger på 8. og 9. etage, og vinduer kan åbnes helt, der sidder en gammeldags knage/lås på som "beskyttelse", denne knage er dog så slidt at den ikke fungerer mere, i stedet så spærrer den i dag for muligheden for at lukke vinduerne 100%, så man hele natten lang kan høre vinden og bilerne som kører forbi udenfor. Morgenmaden er langt fra den standard man er vant til, der er et meget lille udvalg af mad/pålæg. Man skal være heldig for at få en bolle eller franskbrød, det er oftest kun rugbrød eller knækbrød som er tilbage. For at komme op på sit værelse skal man forbi indkøbscenter, psykiatrisk afd., tandlæge, fitness center og kommunen. Ved ikke om det er fordi man har brug for de instanser efter et ophold på hotellet. Indkøbscenteret er lige så slidt og ubrugeligt som hotellet, de fleste butikker er lukkede og selv den store Bilka som ligger der, er langt under den standard man er vant til. Tomme hylder, sidste uges tilbud, varer der ligger og flyder på gulvet osv. Der er et kæmpe skilt til KFC ude foran, men butikken er lukket, ja det varer nok ikke længe før dette hotel også er væk.

Godt værelse

Det var lidt svært at finde de rigtige steder at bruge koderne. Gulvtæppet i gangen havde mange store ulækre pletter. Værelset var rigtig fint og rent. Vi var meget positivt overraskede over hvor stille der var. Dejligt.

Mit ophold blev forlænget fra én til to overnatninger, da jeg blev syg, - helt fantastiske og hjælpesomme receptionister, her er man ikke bare et "nummer" - virkelig hjælpsomme. Ikke "verdensklasse" standard på hotelværelset, men OK til prisen og god beliggenhed

Var i kontakt med hotellet inden ankomst og allerede der var servicen god. Ved ankomst bliver vi mødt af to skønne receptionister. Værelse er fint til prisen og god morgenmad.
