Excellent breakfast and facility - too hot sleep

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is the best I have had for self serve breakfast! Very good! My only complaint is that the rooms get very warm in the summer making sleep difficult. The window only opens a little, a small fan was provided but be prepared to sleep without anything covering you so you can stay coolish. It is not an uncommon situation in Europe, especially Scandinavia, for no AC to be provided but most countries will allow windows to open all the way. The hotel needs air conditioning or better airflow.

Business trip to Ballerup

Business trip to Ballerup. Everything went according to plan. The only hiccup was that the booking number did not work in the check in machine, but it was solved by the lobby staff. As an improvement suggestion, I am missing tea mugs at the breakfast restaurant. The coffee cups are much too small for tea.

We were not notified through orbitz that check in hours end at 10pm. We had issues with our Orbitz confirmation number. Had to call different numbers to have it resolved. We had a family room is very small, hard sleep 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids). Not sure if I would come back here again.

My family wanted to spend one more night exploring Copenhagen and this was the closest and reasonably priced hotel that had a brand name I recognized. It was perfect for what we needed. It was within 30 minutes of Copenhagen and within 10 minutes of various food choices the family was interested in. Outside of the need of paying for breakfast, the options were great, and everyone was happy with their selection of juices and pastries.

På plussidan: Lugnt område, lätt att ta sig in till köpenhamn med tunnelbanan ett par minuter bort, lätt att hitta till hotellet, finns flera matställen och affär i närheten. Gratis parkering utanför hotellet På minussidan: personalens servicegrad varierar kraftigt, entrédörrarna låses kring midnatt och då behövs tydligen en kod för att komma in. Vi fick aldrig någon kod eller info om att det behövdes. Otroligt varmt på rummet och ac saknas

Mer ett motell än ett hotell för folk på genomresa. Relativt rent. Handdukar som vi i enlighet med instruktioner lämnade på golvet för att få bytta byttes inte. Ingen AC - endast en bordsfläkt, vilket är okej i sig, men fick ett rum på bottenvåningen precis vid rökkuren så att ha öppet fönster för att få in frisk luft var därmed uteslutet (dessutom reste vi med två barn) vilket ledde till väldigt kvavt rum.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows very thin very difficult even for 1 night stay. I don’t recommend this hotel even with a friendly staff if you value the quality of your sleep

Fint til kort ophold, men en del mangler.

Selve værelset var af fin størrelse, og der var fin plads til os tre. Badeværelset blev oversvømmet, og der manglede en skraber. Vi havde ingen mulighed for udluftning, da vi boede i stuen og derfor ikke kunne sove med åbent vindue. Der var dog en vifte, som ikke hjalp på varmen. Madrassen var meget beskidt og plettet.
