Nice room stylish hotel good location near the metro friendly and helpful staff. 24 hr pharmacy, several bars, a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. You can walk to several main sights including Tivoli from the hotel. I was there a week and can't find anything to complain about. If I return to Copenhagen I will stay here again.

brilliant place, ideal location for metro and trains. The hotel is very comfortable and the room was a delight. the only down side was that their Bar - Josephine's was closed for refurbishment when we visited. breakfast was good, catered for alternative diets without any fuss.

Hotel in a great location. It was a pleasant stay but the hotel was noisy especially at night; bins being emptied and other guests were audible from our room on floor 1. Might be better higher up the building but I wouldn't stay on floor 1 again. Breakfast was a good self service buffet. Lounge was nice for a coffee or glass of wine.
