The two queen room that we stayed in with our young adult children was so lovely, with a terrific window seat plus small table - we could take breaks to read / nap with one person on each bed and one each end of the long (and comfy) built-in bench/couch.

Phenomenal hotel right in the city center. Great for sightseeing. Design is great and everything is what you expect from 1 Hotels but the rooms are on the small side. And beds really are queen which I thought was probably a mistake when booking as you always expect a king in a nice hotel in a nice room . Concierge was amazing.

One of the most comfortable stays ever. It was a tough decision to lease the Hotel to see the other attractions of Copenhagen. Staff contacted us before during and after our stay on activities, resources, and our overall experience. Location is centered where you want to be on a Copenhagen trip. Good 'eco friendly' hotel in the university area of Copenhagen. Close to the sights, restaurants, etc. (i.e. walkable), and this area is not in the heart of where all the other tourists are staying! The staff were friendly and efficient. The bar food is limited but very good. We didn't try the hotel restaurant. Overall a nice hotel and area of Copenhagen. We would definitely stay here again.

The 1 hotel is a beautiful property located right in the mix of it all. Easy to walk everywhere. Staff were kind and helpful. My one critique - they do not do turn down service - If you want it, it’s an additional paid service. This was never explained, and no where in the world have I ever experienced this in any luxury brand. I’m loyal to the 1 and have stayed at multiple properties.

The 1 hotel Copenhagen is a green and peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Copenhagen. The staff are always approachable, friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are local and to the highest international standards. This was our haven for a fantastic 5 day visit, even considered persistent sporadic rail, they helped us make the most of our stay. Exceptional!

Location is fantastic, and the property is in great condition, especially considering it only opened last year. Rooms are generously sized and well equipped, with a nod to eco-friendliness. Service is what’s lacking compared with many other five-star hotels. For example, check-in upon our late-night arrival was delayed due to a lack of staff. Busy and perhaps a bit overhyped, it felt more transactional than like a hotel that prioritizes personalized relationships.
