Really nice place to stay. It’s one street off the Nyhavn canal, so it’s really quiet, but walking distance to everything. The hotel was great, comfortable bed and friendly staff. I would recommend staying here.

Nice view of the waterfront & good location, only a short walk to restaurants and shops in Nyhaven. Only slight downside was the drainage systems they use in the wetroom bathroommeant it didn't smell the freshest in there. All in all a good room, though.

There was a gym that I discovered on my last day, and it had a reasonable amount of equipment and in pretty good shape. The breakfast buffet was delicious and so many options. Not to be missed. The room itself was clean, standard, and fully satisfied our needs. Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location and I would recommend it.

The staff was great and the breakfast truly awesome. Only complaint was that the room didn’t have enough coffee, just 2 packets of instant coffee for 2 people. The room is not cleaned unless requested the night before, so there was no way to replenish the coffee…. Location is terrific, close to Nyhavn.

The stay was mostly okay, is it considered affordable for copenhagen but please be aware the toilet amenities are extremely limited, only shampoo and body wash available, every else is not included. It would’ve been more helpful if this was stated explicitly. The younger guy at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful with a very good attitude. However, an older lady working beside him was not helpful and condescending towards customers. Overall it was a decent stay but the lady at the counter made it slightly unpleasant.
