Great Hotel in a fantastic area of Copenhagen. Train line just a few minutes walk and can get on a direct train line from the airport. Breakfast was complimentary and very good with a large range of options. Also the Hotel was pet friendly, so saw a few happy pets there too.

We were very pleased with our stay at Scandic Falkoner. A very convenient hotel near the metro station and super easy to get to all main attractions. Comfortable bed and rooms, clean facilities, helpful staff and beautifully decorated with a nice theatre feel to it. We loved the breakfast and also had a delicious dinner for my birthday at their restaurant with live jazz music.

Hotel: I had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend. Location: the area is on the parameter of all the hot spot neighbourhoods, about 20-30min walk away. Surrounded with a few boutiques and cafes but largely quieter and more residential which I appreciated after long days of exploration.

I loved the Scandic Falkoner. The staff was amazing and the hotel is nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and the bar/cafe was great for lounging in the lobby area. The breakfast was fully stacked. I would stay here again.

Overall, good experience. Great location and metro is just outside the hotel which is very convenient for both airport and city centre. - Check-in/Out - Process was smooth, - Rooms - Were clean and well maintained. - Breakfast - Excellent buffet spread - Cleaning - Was a bit of let down. Was asked at check-in if we require room cleaning for everyday of the stay, which we confirmed we require. However, room was cleaned on Day 1 and when checked with reception, they said there was no records of our request and that we should have been informed to request cleaning with reception everyday of the stay. But, upon insisting it was confirmed at start - they did make up the room next day. - Early Breakfast - Had an early morning flight to catch, so checked with reception prior day around 9 pm if we can get some packed to-go breakfast, which they confirmed cannot be accommodated and we should have requested before 8pm (again something was not made aware of in advance) - Lack of any mini bar or even a bottle of water in the room. All need to be purchased at reception. Basic couple of water bottles could be expected especially for 4 start hotel. Overall, good location and comfy rooms was all that mattered for us short stay, so we are fine with it

Very well situated, near metro, cafes and shops. Friendly, helpful staff team. Open, airy, welcoming feel to the communal areas. A little noisy at times in my particular room, could hear various bangs and knocks around the hotel, possible due to being above the kitchen area and no carpeting in room to soak up the sounds. Room a little dark too as it overlooked the interior atrium and other hotel buildings.

Very nice hotel. I stay there a lot. It is a good deal in the summer when the hotel in central Copenhagen get really expensive, but with two metro lines next door, it is actually more "central" to stay there. (The metro trains leave every 5 minutes or even more often.)
