The room was a little bit small and the bathroom even smaller, but very clean and well designed. Loved all the storage spaces and lighting. Staff was very helpful and cordial. Location was great, walkable distance to all historical places and central station. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful - just the variety was breathtaking. Recommend it a 100%........

Great location only a few mins walk to Tivoli Gardens and main train station. There were some street gigs on late on the Fri night and you could hear music in the bedroom (not sure if these gigs were a one off or happen every week).

Well located hotel for visiting Tivoli Gardens and the city centre. 10 minutes walk to Copenhagen Central Station. The room is clean, quiet and equipped well with amenities including TV, safe, coffee & tea, and good toiletries. The breakfast had a very good variety of food, also catering for gluten free, vegan and even a kids corner. Definitely would return to this hotel.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The included breakfast each day was great. Renting bikes is the way to see Copenhagen. The central location of the hotel made it easy to get everywhere we wanted via bike.

Beautiful lobby with ice water always on tap. Staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was amazing. Worth it! The location was easy as everything was walkable within 30 minutes and we love walking. Room was small for four and thank goodness there was a fan because our room faced the sun and it got really stuffy.

Comfortable bed, phenomenal location, clean. Unacceptably useless WiFi. Window was actually a door that led to a communal balcony and outdoor hallway, so the only way to open the window meant opening a door that anyone could walk or look into if passing by…very uncomfortable and questionably unsafe with potentially no privacy. Hotel description should include this so travels are aware ahead of time.

A super hotel close to the hustle and bustle of Copenhagen city centre. The room was comfortable and had plenty of plug outlets (I think we counted 12!). Nothing was to much when we asked the hotel stafr (e.g. milk for our tea or to store our luggage on the day of departure). We would consider staying here again if we visited the city in the future.

Our room was very small and, with no air conditioning, very hot. A pedestal fan was provided but this only just fitted between the bed and the wall and did little to help the temperature. The same applied to the bathroom, small and hot. The outside balcony was nice and, despite, warnings and providing earplugs, the room was quiet even with windows open. Decor was tired and the hotel felt like it needed an update. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, although could have been hotter Fairly convenient to the main station (10-15 minute walk) and just across the road from a suburban train station. Within walking distance (20-30 minutes) of most of the city and only 10 minutes from Tivoli Gardens
