Absolutely loved the room. We are a family stayed with 3 and 5 yo. Room was spacious. Lovely view and everything, including little kitchen at hand. Location perfect with some shops and restaurants nearby. Metro and S train within 10-minutes walking distance. We’s love to come back.

Room was very clean on arrival. It was also very spacious, with lots of amenities (pots, pans, cutlery, microwave etc.). Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast wasn’t my favourite - typical European continental breakfast and we would’ve liked some more cooked options. Housekeeping couldve been more thorough during daily cleans (e.g. emptying and reloading dishwasher, replenishing tea and coffee). Overall, a great stat and we’d come again.

The property is set in a quiet waterfront neighbourhood, with easy access to the metro, ferry, and trains — getting to and from the city was quick and effortless. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket just a stone’s throw away. The room was spacious, quiet, and beautifully appointed. A very comfortable and convenient stay overall.

Fab hotel in a fab location

A fantastic place. The staff were friendly and helped where needed. We were upgraded to a larger room with a habour view which was great. Breakfast was a great continental option and gave us a good start to the day. The area is lovely. Very safe and friendly and just a short walk to the metro.

Great staff. A great breakfast with lots of choice and in such an expensive city it saved us money as did the mini kitchen in our studio Queen with view. Excellent Gym. Beautiful area by the harbour. Very comfortable bedding and room cleanliness excellent. Well located to two metro stations and Harbour ferry under 15 minutes for slow walkers. From the room to the airport in1 hour via metro, 100 DKK per person with a day metro pass. Good choices for breakfast, with the best scrambled eggs I have eaten at a hotel since forever. Negatives none. Washing machine and dryer free to use and airers for delicate. Friendly desk staff who speak good English.

Location of this property was excellent. Transportation to many Copenhagen sites was within walking distance. Location was quiet, had dining and shopping options and was picturesque. The staff was excellent, location was up to date and very comfortable. They also offered bikes for rental and laundry throughout the location. It felt very much like being at home. Good hotel in a new area surrounded by water. Restaurants and supermarkets near by. The next metro station is only a few minutes away. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was big with a nice view on the harbour. Breakfast was ok, but it was sometimes difficult to find a table as a family. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
