Nice rooms with a beautiful view of the city, and the hotel is in a great location. It’s easy to get around and many attractions are within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The breakfast would be better, but overall we had a very good stay and would recommend the hotel.

The staff were very professional and helpful with the questions we had. We found the room to be too hot and staff advised there was no way to make our room cooler so they gave us a small desk fan. Even the room was small it didn’t help with the heat much. The bathroom was a nice size and we had plenty of hot water for showers. We found the hotel to be in a good location for walking as well as public transportation to the sites.

Me and my partner have just returned from a 4 day trip to Copenhagen and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Every member of staff were extremely friendly and helpful to the point of even extending our room as we had a very late flight on the day we left. The gym was the best I have ever seen for a hotel gym. Plenty of space, a great selection of machines, workout stations and even and outdoor space that is available. Our only slight downside was we were in one of the rooms at the end of the corridor and each time it was due to be cleaned we were in the room which meant we never fully had our room cleaned. But all in all a great hotel and would certainly book again if ever in Copenhagen

The staff are friendly enough. We arrived late in the evening and the staff on front desk said phone if we needed anything . We were gasping for a cup of tea but there was no milk . No one picked up the phone which was a bit disappointing. Also. There was no air conditioning. I can’t believe that a modern hotel like this had none . Anyhow the room was clean . Show not too powerful but ok. We were o ly here 1 night so it was absolutely fine for that time
