Clean room, literally right across from the train station. TV wasn’t working as I only mentioned it to staff when I was checking out as I was not there to watch TV but explore the city. Breakfast is open from 7-10:30 am and has loads of options. I would stay here again for sure if I come back to Copenhagen. Friendly staff, don’t arrive too early before check in as it seemed frowned upon even though the room was ready.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this lovely hotel. Across the street from Tivoli and Copenhagen central station. This is the third time we have stayed here and we would stay here again.

Location is great. Right next to central station, bike rentals available, and easily walkable. It is loud because of the trains next door, but they provide earplugs. Breakfast in the morning was good. Didn’t have dinner here but we did go to the Library Bar one night for a drink which was nice

This hotel is beautiful! The location is perfect, located across the street from the train station & close to many museums & attractions! The rooms (and beds) are comfortable. We ate both breakfast & dinner here & the food was fabulous!

clean and convenient

had a 5 day stay at the Plaza and it was so clean and convenient. The breakfast was amazing. Also, the Plaza is right next to the central train station and all transportation. You could not ask for a better location. The staff was very helpful and cordial as well. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and are enjoying your stay. Especially the overnight manager. Such a friendly, helpful kind person. Also, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and gleaming when I checked in. Extraordinary location do to its proximity to everything. Highly recommend.

Great location-right across the street from Central Station. Offers early check in when available and luggage storage if needed. The breakfast is fantastic. There are several hot menu options including vegetarian options, along with a wide variety of bread, pastries, nuts, cheese/meats, juices, along with a ginger shot, etc. The best breakfast options I’ve ever seen.

This hotel was perfect for us. The location was great. It is right across the street from the train station and 1 block from Tivoli gardens. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet. It is easy walking distance to restaurants and the heart of the old city center. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel.

Hotel is next to central station so you can access trains and metro easily. It is also opposite Tivoli. It is a traditional hotel with an excellent breakfast if required. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of Copenhagen It also has a really nice bar in the evening.

We loved our 3 night stay at Profilhotels. Our first night was a Saturday and we were able to watch the Tivoli Gardens fireworks from our room. All the staff on duty while we were there were very friendly and helpful. The other best part was the location. Right by the Central station which can take you straight to the airport. It is also close to the hop on hop off bus stops if you are planning to take that during your Copenhagen stay. We recommend this hotel 👍
