Perfect space for a solo stay, and very comfortable. Heated bathroom floor, good space to put things, and well stocked. The self serve options for amenities are fab, and the location is a 5 mins walk from both an S train stop and an M3 stop. The only downside is how warm the apartment is. If you're not used to the heat of European new builds, then you may struggle. I had the fan (provided by Numa) on as I didn't feel safe having a road facing balcony door open each night and this was my only window option. The digital experience with the app is fab, and the support over WhatsApp is so easy. I'd definitely stay with Numa again

I very much enjoyed the stay at Numa. Firstly, the room was very clean and cosy. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the shower was powerful with lovely amenities. Terrace was a nice addition and had a nice view of the area. Checking in and out was straight forward via the app, however for people whom are less ‘tech savvy’ this may be a more difficult experience. Loved the addition of the Nespresso machine. Very comfortable bed with amazing pillows. Very close to Nørrebro metro station, making transport easy and accessible. There are some good eateries nearby. I recommend Pico Pizza and there was a great place for a Shawarma nearby. Lovely bakery nearby too. If not fancying any of the nearby foods, can easily get a metro to Forum with a greater selection as well as bars. As a final note, value for money of this apartment is awesome considering the extortionate prices of alternative accommodations. A couple of things that could be improved. There was no microwave in the apartment, this would’ve been a welcome addition. The TV was fine, and not overly important to a holiday, but built in smart applications (Netflix etc) would’ve been much easier rather than having to stream from my phone - I do like to settle into bed with TV. The only other thing was it was mentioned that a welcome basket / goods would be left, however this was only 2 cartons of water and was a little disappointing.

I do not recommend staying here. I initially booked with them because I enjoyed my stay in their Barcelona location but unfortunately, this booking wasn’t pleasant at all. The company had little to no empathy when I asked for a slight adjustment of dates due to an emergency even though I was willing to pay the difference but instead just said no to everything. Being in this industry you’d expect that they would be more accommodating but please book with any other trusted hotels to save you time and money. Also worth mentioning: Wifi was inconsistent They doubled booked my room

Vi havde booket værelse med køkken og brugte det som base til familiebesøg. Check-in sker online v.h.a. Pas/kørekort som identifikation. Det var nemt og tjept. På ankomstdagen modtog vi koden, som gav adgang til bygningen og værelset. Alt var pænt og rent og i et roligt område. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.
