Very nice hotel. Outstanding customer service. Breakfast was v good. We had a canal view room which was bright and modern. Would return to this hotel. The only thing is the location is fantastic for the water and to Nyhavn but a bit far from Central Station etc. we don’t mind walking so it wasn’t an issue for us at all.

Hotel is in a good location to Christianshavn Metro rail station so we rode the rail from the airport. Restaurants are nearby, hotel is on the Hop-A-Bus route. Hotel had nice, large room, even at the Basic rate. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

This is perfect property when you’re staying in Copenhagen. The hotel is modern new and has a great breakfast. I don’t know much about the amenities because most the day we were spent exploring Copenhagen but then again this is a place I would go to when I’m visiting a city where I expect to spend most of my day outside of the hotel. Great location great staff great breakfast great beds nothing negative to say the rooms were perfectly adequate sized for three people.

A lovely hotel perfectly located in the christianhaven area just 5 min walk from the metro station. Easy to get to most tourist sites with a max 25 min walk and even quicker, max 15 mins via the metro system. Only thing we would have liked is a spa facility at the hotel for a leg massage after walking nearly 20,000 steps each day. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a good range on offer. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our time at the hotel.
