Taxis have to pickup and drop off on a side street around the hotel which is not convenient when you have luggage. Elevators are small and hard to get in and out of. Room was facing the street and noisy. Bathroom was small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways. All the amenities were 5 star.

The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities.

It was such a lovely experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were so big and really well looked after. The pool was sensational and never busy. The hotel is placed really well and plenty of places to eat and walk round. The staff were really friendly. It was nice as well as it is and adults only hotel.

The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly, the view and pool was 10/10, the room was pretty clean as well. The breakfast was pretty good too. The only thing I won’t recommended is dinner to be fair it was pretty bad we had 5 course meals for me the only good thing was the dessert and dumplings, anything else was kind uneatable.
