We really enjoyed our time in Locke Copenhagen. It is really well situated, just minutes walk from the train station and metro. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Very pleasant hotel, lovely staff , gym and laundry. Safe and fun play area for children with slide fireman’s pole bouncing rides post van post box and zebra crossing and plenty of outdoor seating. Breakfast provides great choices and all is presented very well and tastes amazing. The design of the hotel is clever and chic . Location is minutes away from bus stops and the railway station is less than 10 (walking slow) minutes. There is a pretty and cooling coloured water fountain a minute from the hotel, which itself is only 10-15 minutes away from some wonderful museums and art galleries. We had a really enjoyable stay and we definitely re visit!

Incredible rooms. I stayed in City view. Modern designs. Very friendly staff. A little weird to locate but after 2 times you get the hang. 10-14 minute walk from Tivoli and all the shops/restaurants. 2 restaurants closeby. 100% would stay here again.

We had a really pleasant stay at Locke Copenhagen. The room was as in the pictures, the bed was comfortable, no noise from neighbors, a good variation of tv channels and we enjoyed the view very much. We had the window opened during the night and there was some noise from the trainstation, but we expected that and to us it was part of the charme of a hotel right in the middle of Copenhagen.

So nice to be able to write a rave review! What a wonderful experience we had during our five nights stay 1-5 July at the Locke Copenhagen! Absolutely nothing to improve upon. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, & helpful. I had lost a credit card & the replacement card was expedited via DHL to the hotel ahead of our arrival, where they kindly kept it until our arrival. They upgraded us to an even better beautiful suite with a great ciymty view. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous & excellent. The location is perfect, just behind the fabulous & massive Ny Carlsberg Glyptoteket art museum. Minutes walk to the main train station & a subway stop there. Easy walk to Tivoli & Christiansborg Palace. Secure & easy garage parking. All perfect for our stay. Can’t wait to come back & to try Lockes in other cities.

The property was brand new and modern. While conveniently located near the metro, it was very challenging to find. I also asked for toiletries to be filled and staff didn't follow through on the request. Overall, I was satisfied by this stay, but not wowed by it. That said, I would stay here again.

Great hotel in every way. Beautiful restaurant and bar, friendly and helpful staff and only a 10 minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend it. One problem for me. The TV was on the wall along the side of the bed. If you sat on the edge of the bed the screen was less than a meter from your face and no back suport. There was plenty of room along the wall apposite the TV for a comfortable couch so a couple could sit and watch TV, or just relax, but there wasn't one. Maybe it's on order.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is kind. The location is great. The only thing that ruined this for my husband and I and didn’t allow us to actually stay at the property is the fact that they have very poor A/C and no fans available. Rooms were preset to 20 as part of the “Green Country” regulations, could not be adjusted to be set lower, the vents in 3 different rooms barely blew any air whatsoever and they have no fans available on site. In peak summer heat, it was unbearable for us to stay and try and sleep there. If you’re okay with this, then the hotel is wonderful. If AC to sleep is a must? Consider another property who atleast offers a fan.

Overall, nice hotel! However, definitely a self serve property, room isn’t cleaned unless you’re staying there 7+ days, it’s in a hidden location (cab drivers find it difficult to locate as well as food delivery drivers, so we had to meet them at a nearby cafe) and outside is quite noisy during the night as it’s near train tracks. Staff are friendly when interaction happens. It is in a central location to get around to attractions, shops and cafes, it’s just hard to locate when it’s your first time visiting! It’s also near Nimb which has an amusement park (Tivoli Gardens). Food is nice, I recommend the chicken wrap!

Where do I begin? I had not felt like this in a while. The hotel was incredibly beautiful, the room was amazing, spacious, modern, clean, everything was new. There was attention to detail in everything, decorations beautiful. The gym was also great, everything you’d need, new machines and perfect atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I cannot compliment the hotel and the staff enough. The food from the restaurant was delicious. Lastly, perfect location, near the train station and very walkable to city centre. LOVED IT I was very happy and will definitely stay here again.

We loved our experience at this hotel! The bed and bedding were fabulous—we slept really well! We also enjoyed the bathroom products and appreciated the blackout curtain. Room was quiet, too. So convenient being right downtown and close to the canal!! Bo and Dylan were both amazingly helpful, and they truly made our stay top-notch! And if you’re reading this, Bo & Dylan, we bought so many pastries on our way to the airport !! ;) Our only constructive criticism would be for more bikes. The hotel runs out of rentals quickly, so you need to reserve early in the morning. Also, the condition of the bikes is hit or miss—but that seems par for the course for bike rentals across the city. Overall, we would definitely come back and do it all all over again!! :)
