The location was great and the beds were comfy. It was strange staying in a facility where there was no one available to take questions or for security purposes. Our visit was trouble free, but I won't stay in a hotel again that does not have a person in charge at all hours.

Don’t stay here!

This was a big dissapointment. Didn’t get a code for the entrence when booking at Hotels.com. The info I got said it was suppose to be a reception. After a long struggle I manager to get in with help of another guest and could check-in at the digital reception. The room was torrs and chabby with an extremely small bathroom. I could every neighbor guest through the supertrion walls and door. The price for this was not low enough for the bad experience.

There is no such thing as soundproofing; you are exposed to the full volume of all the songs playing in the venue underneath the building all night long.

Our stay at this property was good, once we were in. The check-in process would deter us from staying here again. There is no front desk, so no one can check you in. The hotel is supposed to send out a code to get in the front doors, and then you can grab a key card and self-check in. However, we never received the code. We did have our cell phone activated with local SIM carrier, but unfortunately, there was no one for us to phone at the hotel. After trying for a few hours, we were able to contact someone at Expedia and the problem was resolved within 10 minutes. If we had arrived at our midnight flight and had to deal with this ordeal, we would not have stayed there! Now that we have been through the process, as international travelers, we will not stay there again!

Couldn't check in on the app. Customer service told me not to worry as I would be let in when pressing the buzzer at the entrance, after which I was supposed to be able to check in on an iPad in the reception. However, when I arrived there was noone to let me in when pressing the buzzer - and no one picked up the phone when I called customer service. Luckily, another person who stayed at the hotel let me in. Otherwise I would have had to find another hotel late in the evening. In terms of the room itself: - extreme noise from the street. - very few outlets for charging. One was partly hid behind a closet and it would break your adapter when you opened the door to the closet. - no place to hang your used towels. All four available towels were kept on the single shelve available. - no glass for drinking tap water. Had to drink straight from the (dirty) tap which hardly had enough pressure to provide any water at all. - no iron or ironing board in the room nor the reception (and no one to ask) How this place ever received a 3-star rating is beyond me. Never visiting again

It did the job, but could have been better. The location was quite good for my needs - probably the best thing about this hotel. There were no staff anywhere to be found for my entire stay. I knew there would be no lift at this hotel, but the stairs are very steep and narrow. The room itself was OK, but some of the snacks in the snack tray (kind of like a minibar) were a few months out of date. I can see how some people might assume the snacks and drinks are complimentary - they are NOT, but there is nothing in the room itself to inform you of the costs. The carpets were fraying a bit, the faux leather on the bed base was ripped in one spot and the bedsheet was not big enough for the size of the mattress. Despite this, I had a comfortable sleep. I was on the top floor, so it was pretty quiet, but there is a club right opposite the entrance and it was very noisy until about midnight from that. Lots of churches in the area, so be prepared for the bells to wake you at 8am. You need to register in an app to get your electronic "room key" and a 500DKK refundable deposit is taken. This hotel took the deposit on my card twice and have only refunded one! There is no one to contact about this and all emails and messages keep being ignored!

Our room was spacious – and light with 3 full windows – and squeaky clean, exactly as advertised. Location is near perfect; walking distance to metro, trains, busses, endless restaurants and bars, shopping ... all of central Copenhagen. Check-in was challenging in that the on-line process to register and have electronic keys activated never worked and the phone customer support was unavailable much of the time. However, even at midnight, they picked up immediately using the local number when we were at the door and unlocked the lobby door remotely, so we could pick up and activate keys in the lobby.

The hotel was better than I expected based on past reviews. It was clean, comfortable and very central located. I know I was not going to a 5 star hotel so I was expecting as much. The only feedback for improvement is provide extra pillows. A lift could be a major plus and of course the carpets could use an update. Other than that a perfect stay.

Triple room was clean and spacious. New towels and toilet roll provided every day. Only issue with the room was that the mini fridge didn’t work but we were rarely in the room so didn’t really need it. Couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms during our stay other than doors closing. Online check in and out was super quick and easy. Had no issues with room key via app. No elevator in the hotel so carrying luggage up stairs wasn’t ideal. Cleaning staff provided extra pillows when requested. Other than that one interaction, no other staff were seen during our visit. Couldn’t see where to store luggage even though this was advertised however, Copenhagen Central Station is a short walk away and lockers can be used for 90dkk or less per day. Hotel is a good base close to public transportation and attractions.

Worst Property, There’s no elevator and had to bring suitcases from stairs and room was on 3rd floor plus there’s jot a single person available to look and resolve queiries, Auto checkin and auto checkout thats it 😐 Room size was good bit bed was very soft and bad which hurts my back. Also wasroom was very smelly 😒

Hôtel tout à fait correct pour le tarif à Copenhague, assez proche des jardins de Tivoli, à 20 minutes à pied environ du centre ville. La chambre est simple mais propre avec salle d' eau privative. ( A noter que la douche est petite) Je mets seulement 3 étoiles pour informer les futurs clients des difficultés pour obtenir les clés électroniques. Il faut télécharger une application, et redémarrer l appli à chaque fois qu'on a besoin d' ouvrir la porte... Vraiment a éviter pour les personnes qui ne sont pas à l' aise avec internet. Personne ne répond au téléphone, préférer le mail pour communiquer mais les réponses ne sont pas toujours aussi rapides que souhaité.

Super cute place, wish there was an elevator but it’s close by everything and very private. My room had a sink in the shower area but other than that was super nice. Great view from the top floor as well!

La struttura è situata in una strada molto rumorosa, non c'è aria condizionata per cui si devono tenere aperte le finestre e alle 5:00 del mattino inizia la raccolta dei rifiuti, inoltre non dispone di ascensore e raggiungere il terzo piano con i bagagli non è stato comodo. Nono ho mai visto in tre giorni di soggiorno personale al quale potersi rivolgere per eventuali necessità, è vero che c'è un numero di telefono contattabile ma all'estero sarebbe opportuno che ci fosse almeno una persona disponibile.

This is a self-service hotel without any reception. I needed to download a key app in order to be able to do check in and check out. The hotel is located approximately 20 mins by foot from the railway station and 15 mins from the center. The room was big and clean, only the shower was dirty. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It is recommended for 1 night stay.

Terzo piano senza ascensore. Stanza confinante con le scale e rumorosa. Bagno privato senza box doccia. No clima. Tapparelle senza oscuranti funzionanti. Sottotetto in estate se non lasci aperto durante il giorno fa caldo. Ok costa meno di altri ma avrei speso volentieri qualcosa in più. Sconsiglio
