Perfect location. Right across the street from the metro and other trains as well as walking distance to shopping and experiences. Clean and efficient. Generous breakfast for a reasonable fee. Be prepared for frequent train traffic if your room is facing the outside wall towards the tracks.Perhaps the rooms on the inside hall are less impacted. We brought small but powerful white noise machines to help manage the sound.

The staff are amazingly helpful, part of the reason I chose to stay here a second time on my trip. Don’t be put off by the railway station being close (it’s a good thing), the rooms are very well soundproofed.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location is perfect with the train and metro at your door step. The beds are comfortable, the only thing we were missing was maybe a small hotel fridge in the room. I definitely recommend this hotel in beautiful Copenhagen.

The hotel was close to transport and very clean. However, there was no lift to get to our room and we were travelling with 2 children in buggies, which was difficult. Also, I didn't realise when booking that the bedrooms were right above a very active railway line. The noise did make it pretty difficult to get restful sleep.

I did not realize the amount of stairs and lack of elevators. Tried to cancel my reservation on arrival as I am handicapped , but was denied ! A friendly clerk did help me down the stairs with my lugage.

Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our 5 day stay, except for the person who was working at the front desk during the early morning of July 4, 2026. That person seems he didn’t want to be there at all. Room was good and clean. Area was very convenient, especially with the train station right across the street. Tourist attractions within walking distance. I would recommend this place.
