The hotel was in a great location. Really can't say anything bad about the hotel it was really a good room but a little small. Please note that the that there was no elevator, so you had to lug the luggage up and down the stairs. One thing to note was the front desk staff they were not really all that helpful, I just dumbfounded by the fact that staff did not think that they are in the service industry. Would stay there again. Location is perfect.

Very nice hotel, modern, with nice staff. Only drawback could be the noise from trains passing by. This did not bother me, but I can see this can bother other people. In that case I would suggest booking on the side that does not face the station, there are no noise issues on that side.

All good. Easy check in. Hotel really easy to find. Clean room and good facilities. I would say that the one thing that was a bit of an issue is that the lighting in the room isn't great. Bathroom lighting good but tricky putting make up on as the only place with decent enough light is the bathroom. Breakfast quite expensive for what it is but you can opt out as it's optional as to whether you buy a voucher for breakfast. We stayed in a railway sleeper right by the tracks but trains not a bother during the night. If you wanted to rest during the day though the trains are noisier as they travel at more speed and are more frequent so not ideal if you like a siesta!

We enjoyed our stay at the Go Hotel Osterport. The room was comfortable, the staff was wonderful and the location was exceptional. The only suggestion I have is to supply better towels and washcloths. The towels and hand towels were rough and we did not receive washcloths. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
