A very enjoyable stay at this well located and comfortable hotel. The amenities were excellent, breakfast generous, staff were friendly helpful and professional. Quaint hotel 2 blocks from the Central Station. Very easy to get to anywhere. The staff went above and beyond, especially with helping to get luggage to the room. The one point against is that the elevator only went to the 1st floor. It was a full flight of stairs from the lobby level. A very nice feature was the "backyard".

Although our room was smaller than expected, it was clean and comfortable and is only a base when on a city break. The breakfast options were plenty and loved that the hot food was cooked to order. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Nice hotel very close to the Train station which makes this a great option when arriving by train , situated in a nice area close to the Tivoli Gardens and food hall , Also a pleasant walk along the waterways and palaces into the heart of the city , We had arrived a little early but the staff are able to find us a room which was nice of them , also very helpful with anything else we needed rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold options nice outside area for either breakfast or relaxing with a drink in the evening would definitely recommend this hotel

Ideal location near the train station and can walk or use public transport everywhere. Staff were great. Room was a good size. Super comfortable bed. Very small bathroom. And a bit short on shelf space. Great breakfast buffet and a nice bar to come back to after walking all day. Overall great value.
