We were warmly welcomed and check in was very simple. This is a really nice hotel in a really good location which felt really safe. Plenty of shops, bars and cafes nearby. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the central Kongens Nytorv Metro station which gets you back to the airport in around 20 minutes.

I have stayed here a few times while in Copenhagen. The room and bathroom are basic but clean and good for the price. The lobby is lovely with a great vibe and candles everywhere with books and games and good tea options. The staff are super friendly and always helpful.
