Nice property with kind service and great breakfast. The only downside is far from Copenhagen city center, and need to walk 15 minutes to the train station to downtown.

Short city break

We were only there for 3 days but the room was very nice, the beds were comfy & the shower room was good too. We had breakfast included & the food was very nice. The staff were very helpful & friendly

The reception was very kind we also get a new room because the first had very dirty bed cover. The breakfast was great and everyone was kind. We felt comfortable in the hotel. The green park is also worth it.

Everything went quick and easy, the room was of decent quality (especially in terms of value for money), everything was in order, breakfast was good. All in all a very good stay. The part of the hotel that my room was in was somewhat loud with the wall vibrating when a door on the hallway closed, but there was only a few room in use near mine, so it wasn't really an issue, but I don't think, I'd like it if the hotel was near capacity.

Okay for the price - Not perfect.

A lovely hotel - And the room was clean. However the walls was dirty and needed a thourough cleaning/repaint. The blackout curtain was not big enough to cover the entire window.

The receptionist went out of his way to help me change the mistake in date on my reservation. Despite of the troublesome lack of service but huge presence of disbelief from Hotels.com - he managed to help me. Thank you so much

Good hotel. electric parking could improve.

Only electric charging you must pay 70kr for access to the parking house and then also pay for the electricity. It’s a popular business hotel with plenty of free parking outdoors. Feels like you are punished for using an electric car.

No cooling in room. Reception did not care.

Room temperature was 23.5 degrees Celsius. When I asked the receptionist about this, he basically told me that they were aware that some rooms did not have a functioning cooling system. The receptionist gave me attitude throughout our interaction, even though I initially thought it was just me who didn’t know how to operate their thermostat. I will not be back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit on warm days.

Glostrup Park ligger praktisk, det er et lækker hotel med gode parkeringsforhold. Det er meget stort, og det kan. Være lidt svært at finde rundt. Jeg var der på en meget varm sommerdag og ville have været glad for en ventilator
