Nice tourist hotel near Copenhagen City Hall and Tivoli Gardens. Room was not fancy by adequate.ours did not have either a chair or table but lots of room for luggage. The City Hall bells strike 12 and play a short tune at midnight but are quiet the rest of the night. Staff was great! Got us into our room at 1 pm.

We stayed here twice. The first time was in a great room with a big bathroom. The second time was in an ok room but with the worst bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. It was tucked into the corner of the room with transparent walls (!!) and a kind of saloon door that provided neither privacy nor sound and smell separation. Great location, right in the center but just far enough out to not be noisy. Close to a metro station. Doesn't have ac which is probably mostly ok, but Copenhagen has been having some hot days this summer. No safe either. Breakfast pretty good. So ... Good place to stay but choose room carefully. Both rooms were in the same category on Expedia so not clear how to do this??

We chose the room with a view when offered over the quiet room. Choose the quiet room. The bar next door is constantly loud especially during an Arsenal game. Staff moved us the second night. Luckily there was an alternative available when we asked early the next morning. Staff exceptionally helpful even before we had our request. Near Tivoli, Christianborg and Metro station so location worked great for us
