Wonderful service at the front desk! I had a stressful travel day and this was a last minute booking but Mya and the brunette gentleman at the front were so kind and helpful. And the older gentleman early in morning when I checked out was very friendly. Very memorable service and experience.

Spent two lovely nights at the Hotel Bella Grande and I’ve already booked my next stay. Everything about the hotel is beautiful and as a woman solo travelling I felt incredible safe the entire time. It’s a very central hotel, I was within walking distance to all the spots on my list, they also have a sister restaurant Donna downstairs that I would highly recommend booking in to try - the vodka rigatoni was heaven ❤️

Better than excellent! We were both happy about the superb location and the quality of the hotel stay, the room, the bedding and the access to the room. The hotel is a block away from the metro stop and minutes away from the Central Station. Travel to the airport can be done in 30 minutes without much complication. The pedestrian street and shopping are around the block. Tivoli Gardens and many of the city highlights are within walking distance. The breakfast was outstanding and every member of the staff we interacted with was helpful and professional. I believe staying here will help you understand what hygge is a little better.

The hotel is beautiful and I had a lovely stay, the room was great nice and spacious and very clean. There were no usb sockets but this is not a big deal but helpful to know. I would note that the bathroom was nice the sink was a bit small and the shower I could not figure out how to use the hand held shower head and got sprayed in the face a few times, plus the water temperature was a bit cooler than I like. I had the breakfast and it was ok, I am gluten and dairy free so food selection for me will always be tricky. Overall I had a lovely stay and would stay there again for sure! The staff were really helpful and nice and welcoming. Also the hotel is in a great location near to the metro station and a short walk from all the shops and restaurants

Nice property, great location with lovely spacious room. However, windows opened onto the internal restaurant which meant there was no ability to get air into the room and no air-conditioning. Even though it wasn’t particularly warm outside the room was still very hot. Noise in the evening wasn’t an issue for us as we went to bed after the restaurant closed. But in the mornings with the windows open the cleaners were in from around 7 am so this woke us up.
