Loved our stay! Hotel was in an incredible location, we were on the 15th floor so had an amazing view out over the city and could see Tivoli lit up at night. Room was clean and comfortable, and a great price. Would recommend and will definitely stay again!

Guests are very loud and the hotel rarely enforce the quiet policy. Our shower was not draining properly and would flood within seconds. Mixed feelings because it has great amenities and having a bike rental inside is very convenient. The place is just too busy for a family vacation.

Excellent location for visiting Tivoli. The room was smaller than in the picture (there were 4 of us). Great views. The motion sensor lights in the hallway and bathroom were really bad, the light went out in the middle of the shower. The floor drying mop was missing, only a small one was suitable for drying windows. The breakfast area was too small. The staff was helpful
