The hostel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly which I really appreciated, and overall it felt well-maintained. However, I didn’t like that we had to make up our own beds upon arrival—that took away from the comfort and convenience I was hoping for. The pillows and mattress were also not very comfortable, which made it harder to get a good night’s rest. While the cleanliness was definitely a plus, the overall sleeping experience could be improved.

Have stayed here before and was happy with our stay again! Rooms are clean and spacious, and there being another door between the door to the room and the actual bedroom means it’s nice and quiet and you don’t hear people in the corridor. Location is excellent and the price is very good. The only small downside was when I booked months ago, I did request a room on the side that looks out over tivoli but we were given a room on the other side of the hotel - but this didn’t effect the actual quality of the stay so would definitely recommend this hostel!

Loved our stay! Hotel was in an incredible location, we were on the 15th floor so had an amazing view out over the city and could see Tivoli lit up at night. Room was clean and comfortable, and a great price. Would recommend and will definitely stay again!
