The location is great and why we picked the hotel. It's close to everything and within walking distance. We used the Hop on Hop off bus, and it was easy to access the bus from the hotel, which was around 6 minutes away. Tivoli was easy to get to if you're interested in an amusement park.The train central station is very close as well. We loved the garden at the hotel. We spent some time there. The breakfast is 4 out of 5. Overall, the stay was great!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was nothing to write home about but adequate by all means. The location was an easy walk to the train/metro station and convenient to necessary shopping. The breakfast was excellent - don’t think BW in the states…a true European type spread and the staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great about this hotel except for one thing, there was loud power drilling and banging starting early in the morning for 2 days. I went upstairs to see they were doing what looks like renovation. They should not have let someone into the room directly below. After 2 days of this, if I was staying another night I would have requested a room change. Everything else was great, room is quite small but fine for me at this price point. Breakfast was really good. Location near the station was great. Heater worked great. Blackout curtains don't quite do the job though, a fair amount of light leakage around the edges though. Very quiet.

Very convenient location by the train station. Reception very nice, staff are great. The rooms are a bit dated and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. For a double bed you get 2 slim duvets. Fine for a quick stay as a solo traveller but I wouldn’t really recommend for a longer romantic stay. But for the price it was fine.

Great location to the train station though, 3-4 min walk away so convenient, but as with most hotels in Copenhagen they generally have small rooms. Breakfast we good and the ammenities are also good

My wife, toddler son, and I stayed for 5 nights in May 2026. The hotel was mostly acceptable, but I would not recommend it. The good: The location is convenient- metro is a 2-3 minute walk, central train station is a 5 minute walk, and a number of attractions are very close. The hotel was clean and the staff were competent and pleasant, though not outgoing or friendly. The room was made up and fresh towels were provided daily. The breakfast was good quality and included both light (yogurt and granola) and heavy (eggs, bacon, and waffles) options. The bad: The room was very dated and there was no central air or heating. Based on my limited experience, this is common in Copenhagen, but for the price we paid, I thought the room would be more modern. There were no USB ports to be found and the Google TV would not allow us to cast to it. Small things, but inconvenient for parents and less than I expect from a purported 4 star hotel. The room got very stuffy with the windows closed, which we had to do because guests were in the central courtyard late at night and were enjoying themselves, but being too loud. The walls/ceiling must be thin because they did not muffle sound very well, including the sounds of our neighbors being intimate in the middle of the night. Finally, the neighborhood was not nice and the strip club next door did not improve my view of it. Ultimately, there are better places to stay in Copenhagen and we cut our stay short to find another hotel.

We stayed at Best Western Hotel Hebron for four nights (March 7–11). Overall it was a decent stay and pretty much what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. The location is convenient and close to the central station, which made it easy to get around the city. The hotel itself felt calm and quiet, with some cozy spaces like the basement lounge and a small courtyard garden. There’s also a small kiosk in the lobby and the option to borrow bikes, which was nice. Breakfast was okay but the selection was a bit limited. The scrambled eggs tasted a bit unusual, and the soft-boiled eggs were inconsistent, sometimes soft, sometimes more undercooked than expected. The rooms were comfortable but not very soundproof, and we could clearly hear the neighboring room. There was also construction outside the hotel during our stay, which caused some noise (though this may be temporary). The bathroom products were from Rituals, which was a nice touch, but there was no conditioner or hand lotion provided. Overall the hotel felt very calm and comfortable, though communication with staff was minimal and no one asked about our stay. It’s probably a fairly typical 3-star experience, maybe we just had slightly higher expectations

The only reason I didn’t give the hotel a 5 star was because mattress was so uncomfortable. I only weigh 135 and still had no support. It is about 2 inches of topper on a box spring type platform. There is no AC, but there is a fan and with the windows open we were comfortable. That allows a lot of outside noise to be heard. If you are a light sleeper, it may not be for you. However, the super nice courtyard for evenings and morning, lovely breakfast spread, convenient drinks available, and the most helpful and nice staff you could ask for, made up for those inconveniences. It is clean and the location was good for sightseeing. Given the competitive price, I would stay there again.
