I enjoyed this hotel. It was modern...which is what I was looking for. The room I stayed in was relatively "large" and the decor appealed to me. I looked out onto a maintenence area, and around 6am I awoke to the noise of garage bins being relocated to a location near my window. The front desk staff, although pleasant, were not particularly knowledgeable about the area and were unable to recommend restaurants, other activities. For example they advised there were no spas nearby, wereas an excellent one was minutes away. I didn't pay for the breakfast, and was able to find places nearby that served excellent meals at affordable prices. The lobby area was undergoing renovation and hence it was noisy.

The hotel was really charming and in a great location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and in good condition. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a super cute patio with a table and chairs to enjoy. Highly recommend!
