I would give the staff six stars if I could, they were so helpful. They gave us detailed instructions on using the transit system, made dinner reservations, and provided amenities like extra clothes hangers. Other services varied. The breakfast buffet is high quality and kept well-stocked. Housekeeping is only by request. The wi-fi never worked during our four-night stay.

The staff was very nice. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. My single room has been upgraded to a one with double bed for just a little extra. Make sure though that you should put the "Clean the room" sign before 9:00am if you want your room to be cleaned. The location of the hotel was excellent, just 5-7-minute walking distance both from Metro and Train Station. Breakfast was very nice too, just a little bit crowded at some times. Would return to this hotel if have a chance to visit beautiful Copenhagen again.
