Vacations Close To Copala

There is no A/C just a ceiling fan that is not enough you must keep windows or door open to get a little fresh from aisle. TV no good, just 1 ads channel. few steps from zocalo that's great!

Well located, with wonderful staff.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was very beautiful. The restaurant was very good. The WiFi was good.

I strongly suggest to anyone looking for a place to stay to stay away from this hotel. I checked in Friday By Saturday evening my room was flooded all my and my family belongings where soaked wet. I was relocated to rooms with No functioning AC. I was charged extra 1500 for the rooms I was relocated to. Than I was asked to pay 5000 or to have to relocate for the 3rd. Time in my 5 day stay. In other words, I was there 45 days.I was relocated three times first room flooded.Second two rooms I was relocated to didn't have a c's, and they were facing main streets where we had to have the windows open.So the noise wouldn't let us rest.Then, I was charged for the two rooms, fifteen hundred.Because they said I had originally paid 1 room with 2 beds and they didn't have rooms with two beds available, so I had to stay in the two, which I was charged for fifteen hundred, which I pay.And then when I went again, I told hotel that I needed the ac working.They asked me to relocate and to pay five thousand for another relocation, and all this happened because of the hotel not having functioning amenities, like they say that would. Horrible experience
