We like this Motel having stayed previously and will stay again. However, this time we arrived after hours on a public holiday. We looked forward to making a cup of tea but had no milk. We had a friendly text message from Peta earlier in the day advising of our unit number and key location. It was a surprise to read of their “Contactless Protocols” indicating no contact with staff available 😧

The room was fantastic and couldn’t speak high enough of the reception staff so helpful and accommodating. The room itself was so comfortable for three adults lovely and modern. Would absolutely recommend if anyone needs to stay in Cooroy

Clean and tidy location - but didn't see a staff member, as they just left a key where I could find it. No clean during my stay either. Facility is fine, but they do the bare minimum which was a bit of a surprise in a small town - and this place was not cheap.

It was a nice quiet area. Easy to access. Had everything we needed. Only thing we didn't like was unable to get in touch with anyone for getting the key. Luckily cleaning lady was there and she was very helpful. The owner did say they were have internet problems
