“Quite nice and new hotel with associated restaurant and bar. Overallgreat experience. Staff might be too busy during afternoon and we missed opportunity to ask for toothbrush etc.”

“Great location - couple of minutes walk to the beach, close to the shops. Nice cafe downstairs. Room was a good size, bright, airy and very clean. Really nice breakie brought to the room. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Chateau Elan is an excellent place to stay. Grounds are immaculate, staff cannot do enough for you and the spa is wonderful. We stayed in the spa suites, they are nice but can be a bit noisy. We previously stayed in the villa studio and prefer that room. The restaurants are very good and restaurant staff are so kind. We had spa treatments and they were excellent. Staff at the spa will ensure you are happy and comfortable. We will definitely return to the chateau!”

“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”

“Beautiful character-filled hotel situated conveniently to explore the Hunter Valley. Comfortable beds with all amenities. Large property with an outdoor tennis court, swimming pool etc. Helpful and courteous staff made it even more enjoyable. Thank you”
