“Room was spacious, great shower. However the room we were in (an upgraded room) was over the kitchen and every morning at 7am something started up and all we could hear was the hum of it which is annoying when you would like a lie in. We ate both nights in the pub. The food is good but very pricey. On our 2nd night we both had a special which was gammon, 1egg, chips, pinapple and piccalily. “The hotel is very nice and the staff very kind and nice too. The room was kind of small and we could hear the noise of the room from the top up of us, so it wasn’t tranquil. The surroundings are so amazing. ”

“This is a lovely Inn with nice decor. However room 7 which is a comfy plus room has very little insulation. As a result you hear every conversation in the restaurant area directly below the room and on the patio outside. Plus the muffled music from the bar / restaurant speakers that are nearest the room. The staff were very accommodating in trying to isolate the speakers to reduce the noise. Luckily the bar is closed from 1030 and there was no noise until 7am when the staff arrived to prepare...
