Good value for money motor in Cooma area, closed to those big name fast food restaurant. Room is clean and staff friendly. The heater inside the room is very warm.

The rooms were badly maintained. Hair dryers that did not work, power boards uncovered and falling off the walls, strange glue on the walls, and generally a state of low- maintenance and poor quality. Beds were good and the gentleman in the reception was friendly and helpful. but would not recommend this accommodation based on that alone.

Great check in with door access sent via SMS. Room clean and good quality towels and linen. No plates or knives even though there is a toaster. Cutlery that was there a little unclean. No dishwashing detergent to wash up afterwards. Recommended for a quick one night stay.
