We had the large room for a family. The size and price for the room was great however the room smelt a lot like body odour, especially the queen sized bed. The bed sheets and bathroom were clean. It would be good if they supplied a new sponge in kitchen as it appeared to be really old and some dish washing detergent as we had to go out and buy some.

This place was clean and very spacious. Walkable to good eateries including its own bistro. Can walk into town . Staff were very friendly. Couldve done with a microwave . But was very quiet room .

I booked a cheap room and it was basic but had everything I needed for a one-night stay and was scrupulously clean. The bed was comfy, the bedding high quality, great reverse cycle air conditioning and as a lone female traveller I felt very safe and secure. Thankyou Opal Inn!
