Vacations Close To Conway Medical Center

An unforgettable getaway that exceeded every expectation from the moment we walked through the lobby. The location was fantastic and the room with the ocean view balcony was an absolute treasure and perfect place to unwind. The outdoor pool area was the highlight of our stay. The water was crystal clear, kept at a warm temperature, and surrounded by clean, comfortable lounge chairs. There was a separate, quieter zone for adults to relax while the kids had a blast splashing around, plus well-maintained common areas throughout the property. Cleanliness was a 10 out of 10. The bedroom smelled fresh, the bathroom was spotless with fluffy white towels, and the housekeeping team quietly kept everything tidy without ever being intrusive.Even the elevators, hallways, and lobby seating areas were polished. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth the second we arrived. When we needed extra pool towels and a late checkout option, the front desk handled it within minutes with a smile and zero hassle. For the quality of the pools, the modern room comfort, and the level of service we received, the price felt like a true bargain. We genuinely felt we got more value here than at many pricier resorts.

The room was very spacious and clean. Only issue when we checked was the light was flickering but that fixed as soon as we brought it up the front desk. Additionally some of the wallpaper was peeling and the rooms did feel a little dated. But overall I had a great time at the hotel.

The reason for the poor review was because we discovered after checking in that they would be under construction our entire stay. It was noisy all day and there was scaffolding, dumpsters and workers everywhere. In addition, the pool bar restaurant was closed. It ruined our experience. I think it could have been great otherwise. So disappointed and unfair. It’s not like it’s a real option to cancel once you arrive. Good luck finding a place. Also, no offer of compensation. How do they get away with this? It should have been made very clear upon booking what the conditions were.

Always love our stays here!

had a great time and will go back- soooon

The original room we booked smelled of mold and mildew. They moved us to another room which was just ok. Probably one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at
