The hotel was clean and mostly well maintained and a good value for the price. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but the smell of marijuana was evident in the lobby and hallways.

The hotel was clean, which is why I gave two stars. The hotel is outdated; the small fridge did not get really cold; the coffee pod was the wrong kind for the tiny machine. A bar of soap was the amenity. The mattress was so soft, it barely allowed for turns in the bed. The coffee in the lobby looked like tea; no milk for the two cereal options; in short, how they can claim to provide breakfast is a mystery to me. The pool was gutted and awful to look at. Needless to say, I won’t be back to this or any other Super 8.

Not a bad place to stay can use some updating, but you get what you pay for and for a one night stay it’s not bad. Bed was comfortable. Pool was out of service and drained.

First off, the staff were fine and helpful. My room was on the second floor, no elevator. As I was walking up the stairs, the temperature was noticeably warmer. I asked the front desk person about it and they said they tried to fix it and the AC wasn’t working properly. The room was reasonably clean, but very warm. I had to put the wall unit AC at 65 just to get it to cool down. The room looked outdated and had very little in the way of amenities. In the bathroom, the only thing that looked reasonably new was the sink encounter. Everything else looked original to the building. Also, the paint was flaking off the ceiling and the vent cover was hanging half off. Not very well maintained. The pool was out of service indefinitely. I did not need to use the ice machine or laundry facility so can’t speak to those. On the plus side, no bedbugs.
