I was very pleased with everything. They had no pet fee and an area to walk my dog. They were very accommodating when I lost my room key, even though it was 7 am. They had a vending machine onsite that was very cost effective. We were very close to shopping in the city and the Petit Jean State Park. It was a great price too! I would definitely recommend it and will be staying there next time I go.

Wonderful room, very clean and quiet. Bed was great, though I prefer a less stiff mattress but I slept very well either way. Honestly, should have slept in another hour or five lol. Had a fantastic stay..

The room had been nicely renovated, had a good bed but the floor was filthy! The TV/cable did not work and there was no ice machine.

Whole place needs a facelift. Kept tripping on loose flooring, housekeeping kept waking us up early, no option for do not disturb. Phones dont work properly, half the lights didnt work in our room. At least the towels and bedding were clean and no bugs.

This place needs torn down and buried. The pillows were filled with foam rubber, the sheets were old, stained and had cigarette burns in them. The furniture was sooooo old. The only nice thing was the floors.

The heater would shut off and blow cold air. There was hair on the pillow cases and sheets that were folded back. The bed was hard as a rock. The toilet seat was broken, only had one bolt holding in onto the toilet! after flying from California to visit my brother in the hospital in Conway and going to the hotel at 12:00 midnight, I turned around an drove back to the hospital and slept in the chair in his room for my entire stay. This hotel needs to be removed from your list. A total refund sure would be appreciated.
