Good spot for a night

Good hotel, alright location. Right beside a fair grounds and a 10 minute walk to the black sea. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy.

Breakfast selection was fine. However, room furniture was worn out and clunky. The entire drape holding system fell down when I tried to pull the curtain. Staff handled the situation promptly and I was assigned to another room. However, the air conditioning system in the new room wasn't working and one of the windows was cracked. Also, water pressure in the shower was so low that the shower was barely usable. Would not recommend and will not stay there again.

A very nice experience at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with so many choices too much food to eat. What improvements can we make? Well sign posting was pretty bad it took me a long time to find the hotel. It’s a summer resort so there’s lots of noise outside at a neighborhood bar until 1 AM. Other than that not much of anything bad that I can imagine.

I thought the hotel and staff were fine, enjoyed my stay there. Property is convenient to the beach and a very nice new mall within short walking distance. 8th floor dining and scenic view was also very nice. A turn off was the immediate area around the hotel and bay so to speak. This area was dirty and ran down with very little upkeep. Trash in the water, dilapidated walkways and grass not maintained. Now I am sure that is a city responsibility but mentioned because it takes away from the hotel. I suppose the noise from the 7 days a week carnival set up in the parking lot next door could be a turnoff as well for some as it is very bright and noisy, however it did NOT bug me at all and was neat to look at through my window.

Wir haben ein Deluxe-Zimmer für 3 Personen für 8 Nächte gebucht. Das Zimmer war jedoch nur für 2 Personen vorbereitet: ein Bett, Kissen, Handtücher und Gläser für 2 Personen. Der Kühlschrank war verschmutzt und voller Wasser. Als wir an der Rezeption nach dem fehlenden Zustellbett fragten, wurde uns gesagt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei und wir uns bei Nichtgefallen ein anderes Hotel suchen könnten. Eine Entschuldigung oder Lösung gab es nicht. Stattdessen wurde uns erklärt, dass dieses Problem seit Jahren bekannt sei, dass man Zimmer für 2 Personen bei Buchungen für 3 Personen verkauft. Expedia war während des gesamten Vorgangs sehr bemüht und hakte mehrfach beim Hotel nach. Man sagte Expedia sogar ein Zustellbett zu, welches jedoch nie geliefert wurde. Die Folge: 3 Erwachsene mussten 8 Nächte lang in einem Bett schlafen. Das Frühstück entsprach für uns nicht dem Niveau eines 4* Hotels. Regelmäßig waren Speisen wie Schinken, Spiegeleier, Gemüse oder Brötchen leer und wurden erst auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt. Die Auswahl war überschaubar. Mitten im Sommer gab es kaum frisches Obst, stattdessen stand teilweise eine leere Schüssel mit Dosenpfirsichen am Buffet. Zudem waren die Tische bis auf einen Tag immer verschmutzt. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren fast ausschließlich militärische Gruppen im Hotel untergebracht, Touristen waren kaum anzutreffen. Das Hotel selbst ist sonst schön, gepflegt und gut gelegen. Leider wird dieses Potenzial durch den mangelhaften Service ruiniert.

Fairly well located, about 10 mins walk to the beach and the same from the bus stop. Very large room, decent amenities, friendly staff, good breakfast food. The lake and park adjacent to the hotel are in poor conditions.
