First room had bed bugs, after getting ahold of the front desk the man argued with me that there wasn't bed bugs. Once he sent someone to the room, they saw the blood from previous bugs and the blood from the one my dad killed. They took a picture and finally switched them to a different room. Second room smelt better and was cleaner except the bathroom. Overall I would not recommend anyone staying here at all, spend the extra money and be comfortable and in a clean space.

Our room was not clean. Someone else’s hair on the pillow. Dirty floor, made your bare feet brown. Soap scum on sink which could have been wiped off but wasn’t. We had three rooms here with family and all thought it was dirty.

Bathroom: Water sprays everywhere from shower head Bathtub felt like it was gonna cave in Toilet seat felt like it would cave in too Shampoo made my hair hard Water was hot when on cold side Breakfast: Stale cereal Broken toaster Stale bread Coffee was cold and tasted old Apple juice had mold in it and slime Broken drink dispenser But we did check for bed bugs and found none And room was clean when we got there

Shower curtain had mold/mildew on bottom. Towels were small, old and a bit rough on the body. Roaches in room. Ironing board broken and no hair dryer. Room needed updating. Very noisy location as it is on IH45. Kind of hard to get too and the road was a bit torned up. The other amenities around MCD, Shipley donuts, CVS and few other places were nice and convenient.

the guy who checked me in was not welcoming at all - I asked him where the red roof was, and he gave me a dirty look. My room had a musty smell, sheets & towels were very old and need replacing, and the room was not that clean. The bed was uncomfortable. I will never stay there again. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

Rooms were NOT clean. left with bites all over arms and legs. Probably bed bug infested. There’s mold and dirt everywhere. Sheets are stained. Appliances barely worked. It was extremely nasty. It was blood on my pillow. The sheets were stained and dirty. The restroom was dirty. The maintenance man came in the room to give us extra sheets to change them and he had an older. I don’t mean any disrespect. He appeared to be a homeless man. It was so filthy. We couldn’t even stay. The guy at the front desk no help. He was rude inconsiderate and didn’t give us a refund so we left, we paid for a room and extra $10 to check in an hour early to not even stay. I wouldn’t have my dog sleep there. It was terrible the pictures online or deceitful beer cans were in the pool area just terrible. Into think we came in from Cypress, Texas to attend our brothers wedding ceremony and we had to get dressed in the car.

Staff was asleep upon trying to check in had to come back the next morning to be able to check in once arrived in room it was filthy from hair in the restroom to the shower not working to the chicken bones under the bed all the way around it was dirty.Next I attempted to extend my stay due to it's the only motel close to New Waverly and was told I would have to pay $99 early check in fee Good thing upon departure the front next guy did apologize with kindness
