Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. The manager never reached out to us to discuss a reimbursement. Most of the individuals staying in the hotel are truckers or construction workers. I didn't feel safe having my 14 year old daughter taking our small dog to the front of the hotel by herself. People were smoking near the entrances of the hotel. Pool was closed...staff were not friendly or accommodating. So disappointing. Families stay away from this property!

The room was clean and the bed was so comfy we took a picture of the brand so maybe we would could find the same mattress. Bathroom was a good size. The air conditioner work well but didn’t look like it was hanging on the wall very good. The pool area I didn’t like very well. It really needed some tlc.But all and all it was a good stay.
