I RESERVED A ROOM WITH 2 QUEENS, KITCHEN, AND SOFA WITH SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES. WE WERE SENT TO A SINGLE KING, KITCHEN, SOFA ROOM WITH HEALTH ISSUES CONSIDERED. THE ROOM WAS NICE BUT IT WOULD NOT WORK FOR OUR NEEDS. IT TOOK A BIT BUT THE ISSUE WAS CORRECTED. THE NEW ROOM DID NOT FIT THE HEALTH ISSUE REQUEST, THE FRONT AC DID NOT WORK. WATER WAS ON THE FLOOR THE FOLLOWING MORNING FROM AC. HOWEVER THE OTHER AC DID COOL THE ENTIRE AREA. THE SHOWER ALSO WAS NOT CLEAN. WE TOOK SHOWERS BUT DID NOT TOUCH THE WALLS. WE GAVE THE BABY A BATH IN THE SINK. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THE COMMON AREAS WERE CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS SO KIND. IT WAS A VERY QUICK OVERNIGHT STAY THEN ON THE ROAD AGAIN. EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ISSUES I WOULD STAY AGAIN BUT I'D CALL AHEAD AND DOUBLE VERIFY ALL MY RESERVATIONS AND NEEDS.

Staff was very friendly. First impression was good, but after looking a little harder you recognize areas for improvement. Rooms are a little worn. Holes in some of the bedding. Only 2 thin towels in bathroom. I’d stay here again, just with more realistic expectations.

The hotel was perfect ! Clean and the staff was helpful. The bar outside was awesome and got to view some fireworks. The shower also was very relaxing, it had different settings like rain shower, massage, hand shower and etc. 10/10

The hotel was amazing, king size room was a great layout, spacious. The menu was great but also has many available restaurants with great moods around the hotel. A great getaway from the city to relax.

I like that the king suite w/sofa bed room was spacious and came with two flat screen tv, of decent size. I enjoyed the panel shower options the most. Not really much sight seeing options, but overall I enjoyed my stay for a nice little getaway. Very comforting and convenient for me. Will book again!

Nice lobby and clean facility. Coffee and chilled water available. Bathrooms on each floor. The common area had a wet smell to it. Not a moldy water smell but just an odd wet smell. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The shower head had multiple ways for the washer to come out, traditional, handheld, waterfall, and spray at various levels. It was cool. The downsides. The shower had no place to hold a bar of soap, wash cloth, or bottle of shampoo. It also didn't have a fan which may be the reason for the water smell. On check out, the clerk or their area smelled of weed. The only time it was an issue. I'd stay there again.

The hotel was great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice with big comfy beds and lots of pillows. The shower was awesome! My only complaint, is, and it is of no fault of the hotel or its staff, is all the road construction in the area.. that cannot be helped.. it’s a constant thing in the Houston area. Don’t let the road construction deter you from staying in such a nice hotel.
