“We arrived quite early and although the check in was 4pm our room was ready so we were able to get in very early and quickly. The staff were all helpful and friendly throughout. “The best asset of the property is its location. Specially, if you have a room facing the canal site, which is quieter the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic to help. That does not overcome the fact that if you have a room on the third floor you have to lugg your suitcase, up four flights of stairs. Rooms start on the second floor. You want room the second floor .
