“Volodymyr and his wife made us feel very welcome, like old friends. Breakfast was wonderful. The entire place was spotless. The ambience is almost 'Dowtonesque' without any of the pretentiousness or snobbery. They even have a beautiful Blüthner grand piano in the sitting room. “A special shout out to Sian on reception for being so lovely. I turned up at the hotel a little emotional after receiving some bad news and she was really lovely to me. This was my second stay at the hotel. I think the deluxe room is considerably nicer than the standard room, however, the bed felt really firm. Otherwise, the grounds and inside the hotel is lovely.”
