Room set up was weird. Lighting was horrible. Sofa bed was horrible. Valet staff amazing. Reception staff not very friendly. I was there accompanying a friend in memory care so we got a 1 bedroom so we could each have privacy but so I could be close if needed. Though the set up had a lot of potential, it was poorly designed with doors that almost hit each other, very poor placement of lighting and a VERY uncomfortable sofa bed.

The staff and were excellent to work with and the hotel was in great condition. We had a question about an issue in our room but the staff immediately took care of it and we were very happy with the results. The area around the hotel was very nice too. Staff was overall courteous. 3 stars because my room wasn’t ready when I checked in at 5:15pm and I had to wait in the lobby. The pull out couch was very dirty and the mattress cover was dirty and falling apart. The kitchen is lacking amenities to actually use the oven.
