People kicking on the door demanding to be let in. Obviously inebriated, called front desk and they didn’t care, would not come up and tell him to go away. Pensioner age woman in room alone!! NEVER AGAIN …….

My wife and I were unable to obtain a second set of washcloths. She joined me for the second day of my stay. I had been issued 1 washcloth, towel and hand towel. My wife went to the front desk to request a second set. She was told we could not get one until the next day, and I needed to return my towel before we could get another. We checked out at 6:30 am. So getting a second washcloth was impractical. Odd

The office is always closed, and no staff are around to help. When I called, no one picked up. The room was very dirty. The floor was not clean and it looked like there was dog poop behind it. It was a non-smoking room, but it had a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. The shower head was broken, and there was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. There was only one towel in the room. I would not stay here ever again nor recommend anyone to stay here.

It was run down and didn't have soap or shampoo other than the little hand soaps. No hair dryer, had to leave my DL in order to "borrow" a hair dryer that had no heat. One wash cloth one hand towel. Bed was horrible - like a huge person had bounced on one side - deep depression on one side, had to not fall out of the bed! It was horrible.
