the room was clean, the room had every amenity you could need, it had space, honestly the only thing missing was a washer dryer and one could live there. lol. The breakfast was not a favorite, but they never really are in hotels. The location felt safe, and away from the main street with available places to eat and shop walking distance. Would stay again. Front staff was also nice.

The hotel is going through some significant renovations at present. That being said, both the staff and management have done a real good job keeping things flowing in what must be a difficult situation…given that, I’d stay tomorrow if I had to!

A bit hard to find the access to hotel, but worth it. Staff was friendly, breakfast was hot and dining area clean and stocked. Our room faced the highway but could barely hear it. Will stay again.

THE ONLY THING WE DID NOT LIKE WAS THAT WE ARRIVED VERY TIRED OF TRAVELING A WHOLE NIGHT DRIVING 12 HOURS, AND WE WANTED TO REST AT REDER FROM 3:00; AND OUR ROOM WAS EXACTLY DOWN DELCUARTO THAT WERE REMODELING ON THE SECOND FLOOR, BUT THE NOISE OF THE MACHINERY AND THE MATERIAL DISCOURAGED US OUR REST

The breakfast was quite decent. I’m glad I was able to have that option. I would fix food and go back up to my room so it was very feasible. My room was overall clean but there was some hair strands left in the shower I’m assuming from the previous guest but overall, I enjoyed my room and my stay. It was very close to my tattoo appointments so I would utilize that hotel again when I come back.

The heater did not work the phone did not work and the door jammed when going into and leaving the room. I recorded a video of it. Also I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to ask for assistance with the problems tgey assured me someone would come help but no one ever came. Lastly we were on the second floor where they were renovating rooms so all morning We heard loud banging which was very uncomfortable. The new layout and amenities were all very nice I am hopeful they fix the problems before they book another patron. The staff were nice but not helpful when needed heat we froze all night. 😔
