Overall, we had a good stay at the Hilton Concord. The front desk staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. The food was okay — not bad, but there’s room for improvement. However, the water pressure in the shower was too low, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the excellent customer service made up for it, and we would consider staying here again.

My husband travels often for business, and sometimes appointments get moved around unexpectedly. When that happens, he needs a comfortable place to land early, and the ladies at the front desk were incredibly accommodating with an early check-in. This hotel is perfect for business travelers—centrally located, comfortable, and convenient. His room even had a beautiful mountain view. On top of that, his dining experience was 10/10. We will definitely be booking here again!

Parking was a bit of a hassle. It’s a paid lot onsite but the room key would never work properly to let us in and out of the lot, so we were forced to pay by card to get out of the lot and then had to go have the front desk fix the charge that was automatically charged to the room per night. Other than that, it was a nice hotel, excellent location, perfect for a weekend stay

It was very nicely upgraded from the last time I stayed there. I was down to go to a funeral and this hotel was centrally located to all events I needed to attend. I also found eating places surrounded the hotel I would definatly would stay there again.
