    Just average, no valet parking must park in the pay lot next door,no in and out privileges. Front entry and elevators dirty.

    Parking was a block away and charged $30.00 a night. No one to help you with your bags and no breakfast.

    I booked this property online because it included breakfast and free parking. No one bothered to tell us that the parking had a charge because Covid wouldn’t allow people to park or valet in the other lot. We spent about 60 extra dollars in parking over three days. They didn’t clean the room once during those three days. The doors were all locked so we could only go in and out of the front lobby door and walk around to the back of the property just to get to the parking garage. During my checkout there was an elderly man asking for valet and they told him he had to park in the next-door garage. They didn’t tell him that he was going to have to pay either. They didn’t tell him that he was gonna have to walk all the way back-and-forth every time he was going to his car. It was a long walk. They should put some information about all of these amenities being canceled because of Covid. I am a Hilton honors member and I am severely disappointed in the handling of my visit and of others
