The room was not actually ready we had to wait 10 minutes for housekeeping to finish cleaning it. The bistro is not always staffed you have to wait and ask for someone to come help you. The building is a little outdated but it's not a huge issue. Otherwise it's a good location, probably the best in the Richmond San Pablo area, the staff was really nice, and it definitely smelled clean.

Room was clean, bathroom tub will not hold the water to take a warm bath , staff not friendly. the person in the front desk just said do you have a reservation I need your id and a credit card for a security deposit of $100 dollars he never said welcomed then he proceed to say this is your room key if you need anything call I said thank you and he did not answer anything Then after checking out I just gave the key card and again that a thank you remark Also they charge my credit card the security deposit of $100.00 the day I check in when I call to get a refund and they told me to wait 3 to 5 days for a credit I will not stayed at this place ever.
