Property was easy to get to . The rooms are quite big , and it’s across from the best Brazilian steak house . The staff was very friendly as well.

Extremely Disappointing Stay — Poor Service and Cleanliness
Unfortunately, my stay at this property was extremely disappointing. From cleanliness issues to poor service, I was honestly very unimpressed with the overall experience and would not recommend staying here.
One of the most concerning issues was finding human feces in the elevator, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel. We also needed a shaver during our stay and discovered that the room phone was not working, so we were unable to contact the front desk directly. When we called the front desk using a cell phone, we were told that we would have to come downstairs ourselves to pick it up rather than having it brought to the room.
The valet service was another major disappointment. Our vehicle frequently took 10 minutes or more to be brought around, and we had to communicate with the valet several times before our car was retrieved. I specifically chose to pay the additional $40 valet fee because I wanted the convenience of having my vehicle safely stored and readily available. Unfortunately, the valet service made me feel less comfortable about the safety of my belongings, not more.
What concerned me even more was noticing through my vehicle’s app this morning that my car had been left unlocked. After paying extra specifically for valet service because I was concerned about the security of my belongings, this was extremely unsettling and completely defeated the purpose of using valet in the fi

I stayed here three times in the past 3 months and it was excellent! The bar was great the only complaint I have is that it's not opened earlier. Food was excellent and it was very clean. We also took advantage of the pool which was great! Would definitely stay there again when I travel back to San Antonio.

The place is very pleasing to look at, but the staff just simply does not clean well. My room looked clean upon arrival and then I went into the bathroom where I was bombarded by fruit flies in the shower! To which I killed over 30 while showering night 1. Left early (0500) and returned well after room service went through, and the towels were stocked, trash taken out, bed was not made, and the flies were still all over the wall. The body wash was out on day 2 and never refilled. The flies with still smashed all over the walls when I left on day 3. The place would be amazing if someone just managed their staff and checked the work. I wasn't notified of the construction right out front prior to arrival either (didn't make a difference on booking even if they did). I chose the place due to its age, online photos, and location in proximity to the riverwalk and Alamo. Highly disappointed in the cleaning staff. Let's not forget the the valet that had no idea where the check in counter was around the corner of the foyer, no signs to direct.
