The host Isabella was extremely helpful and kind. We were on a 3 week trip to Italy and it was the best hotel experience we have had. The room was a very decent size and the location was very central and made it easy to catch ferries or take the train. I would highly recommend this place if your planning to come to lake como

While this may be an older property and not necessarily the best, their check-in taff was the best! Our shower door was broken and staff couldn't get our tv to work, but Anna, Anna and Karen were the nicest, most kindest and helpful with some personal needs that came up. We had some documents that needed to be printed and they were very sweet and accommodating to accomplish the task. The hotel was conveniently located, cose to the lake and many restaurants.

This was a perfect stay in Lake Como if you plan to be busy about town seeing the sites! We traveled by train, and this was only a few quick steps from the train station. Love it! Get a deluxe balcony room! So worth it for the amazing view! Very close to the ferry. Easy 3 min walk even with suitcases. Close to everything.
