Stayed here when our train was cancelled purely because it was cheap and close to the train station. It’s cheap, but below average. The rooms are bare, the bathrooms are extremely old and it all feels like it’s a bit dilapidated. Stay here for the station, but not for a holiday.

Basic room, great location

Basic room in a great location for visiting Como. Walking distance to train station, ferry building and the lake. Very nice grocery store just a short walk.

Park Hotel staff was very helpful and had comfortable modern facilities with nice breakfast. It's location to the train station and lake como is a big asset. The desk and breakfast staff are highly commended for their service.

Great value hotel... I've styed at this hotel three times now and always found it a pleasant place to stay... The hotel staff are friendly, and they have lots of different size rooms to accommodate all styles of travellers... as a solo traveller they have a number of single rooms at great prices... the larger San Giavanni train station is approx' 5-10 minutes walk, and the smaller Como Lago train station, and the centre of town, is about 10-15 minutes walk away... all in all, good value.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful. Even let us keep our luggage in the deposit after checkout while we found another hotel. The breakfast is really good as well. I liked everything!

Comfortable, but very noisy

The hotel is situated in a cross road of 2 parallel one way roads (4 lanes alltogether). The isolation of the windows is nonexistent, therefore the noise from the traffic is very loud and goes on all through the night. So don´t forget to bring earplugs. Beds are comfortable!

I stayed for a night, very good location - walkable to rail station and Como lake ferries. Since the property is on the main road, it is quite noisy. The property is clean but dated.

The hotel is rated 3 star which is correct. It is clean, convenient, with a good simple “continental style” breakfast which had a nice variety. Room was clean and ok for 1. Might be small for some couples. Hotel is on a main road, so traffic noise is obvious. I would definitely stay again.

Walkable to the city center.

The location of the hotel to the center is about 15-20 minutes walk. There is a paid garage but you need to make a reservation (and it was less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel but it was safe). The room was ok as we had 3 single beds, bathroom was spacious and newly done (there are no hooks to hang the towels). Clean beds and towels.

Old and outdated

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel is very outdated and the rooms very small. The shower is very small and you cannot move around safely. Although our stay was reasonable there were nicer hotels located closer to the lake costing only a fraction more. Not my type of hotel.
